This icon indicates that VirtualBox is running without hardware virtualization (VT-x\/AMD-V), which severely impacts performance and compatibility.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The culprit is usually Hyper-V and Device Guard. These Windows features reserve virtualization resources, preventing VirtualBox from accessing them.
